Ensure that you have all of the documents below ready to submit prior to starting your application:

Check Key Dates |
Check that the dates contained in the Key Dates documents fit in with any commitments you have made for the upcoming year. Most students are required to come to the BTI campus for at least two intensive visits each year. Dates for intensives are recorded in the individual Programme Key Dates documents. As attendance at intensives is compulsory, it is vital that you check your availability in advance. |

Fees & Finance: Familiarise yourself with Tuition fees, Administration fees etc. so there are no surprises further down the track. |

Your application fee must be paid before your application can be processed. |
Police Vetting Form & Proof of Identity

Upon receipt of your application, you will receive an email asking you to complete a police vetting form and requesting proof of Identity. In order for us to comply with the identity requirements set out in the Vulnerable Children Act Regulations 2015, we require two forms of ID, one Primary and one Secondary, one of which must be photographic. A full list of acceptable forms of Identification will be attached to this email.

If you wish to pay for your fees through student loan or you want to find out if you are eligible for student allowance, now is the time to apply for Loans & Allowances. If you are applying to study for the first time, you may be eligible for fees-free support. |
Interview |
All applicants eligible for entry into a programme will be interviewed. Interviews may be carried out by Skype for those who live further than three hours’ drive from BTI and are intended to supplement evidence of character, academic achievement and motivation. BTI may require an in-person interview for some applicants irrespective of where they live. |
Sign and Return Enrolment Forms |
Once we have received confirmation from you that you wish to accept our offer of a place, you will be emailed an invoice enrolment form via Adobe e-sign in due course. Once you've signed and returned this agreement (this is all done electronically) you are officially enrolled at BTI! |
What happens next?
Fees |
If you are intending to use a student loan to pay your fees, please ensure that your application has been submitted to StudyLink. For all other methods of payment, fees are payable no later than two weeks prior to the start of your programme. For semester dates please refer to Key Dates. |
Student ID card |
Now that you are officially a BTI student you can opt to purchase a Student ID Card online. |
Student Information Directory |
The student information Directory lists the most important information required by BTI students, such as BTIonline (student online learning portal) campus facilities & services, fees, student loans and allowances, graduation, key dates, student ID Cards, student policies and student support. |
